HI! Just popping in to say that I finally squeezed a workout in today. I haven’t done much since my half marathon on Saturday. I’m feeling a little sick but not enough to keep me from doing something. I seriously couldn’t take another day without sweat.
Don’t let the brevity of this workout fool you… it’s a tough one! Maybe I’m just totally out of shape, but anything that includes a ton of jumping and burpees is going to kick my butt. Hopefully it helps me love my butt, too. Tough love, right? 🙂
Anyone else get totally geeked out and excited when Picmonkey adds a new theme? Just me? Oh well. So, yeah, I know it’s not February yet, but I couldn’t resist a little love themed workout. Sue me.
Now Ryne and I have to find something to EAT! I’m going to play the sick card and try to get take-out. Is that wrong? Actually, don’t answer that.
Question: After a break, do you hit the gym hard or take it easy? For me, it depends! Today I skipped a run, because the circuit alone whooped my butt. Usually, though, I hit the weights harder after a break. It hurts so good. 😉 I often have to build back up when it comes to running, but I don’t lose as much strength. Did any of that word vomit even makes sense? Who knows.
