For some reason it feels like Friday right now. Man, tomorrow morning is going to be rough when I realize it was only Thursday. I guess it just feels really relaxed today. Maddux fell asleep in the car when I picked him up again today. We drove to Chick-fil-A, got some things to go, and then I put him in the bed at my mom’s. I feel like I’m living the same day over and over again. Anyway, I ate my salad and fries on the couch while he napped. Pretty successful afternoon.
Tonight I was going to head to the gym, but I decided to get my workout in at home since we were out and about all afternoon. I haven’t actually completed it yet, though, so we’ll see if it even happens.
Anyway, today Lindsay from The Lean Green Bean is hosting a Pin It Party. Everyone basically lists a few things they think are actually worth sharing from their blogs. Trust me, I had to go digging. I browse the website from time to time, but I have to admit I am a terrible Pinner. I have a slack profile. I’m hoping this will get me to step my Pinterest game up. In the mean time, feel free to pin anything you find useful. Or something like that.
Hot weather demands cooler breakfasts. I’ll be the first to admit that the texture of most chia pudding is gross. The yogurt in this Vanilla Chia Pudding Parfait makes it amazing. It’s crazy how one little addition changes everything.
I better go actually get something accomplished. The question is: running or weights? I’m technically supposed to run, but I also want to take advantage of the fact that I can lift weights with no one around to laugh at my scrawny arms. Decisions, decisions.
