Time Out

I’ll get around to posting our weekend recap sometime tomorrow. Hopefully, anyway. Until then, here’s a spoiler: someone is miserable. We thought he was teething, and now I’m just hoping that’s all it is.

Mamas to older children, are the two-year-old molars really that much worse than all the other teeth? He has no real symptoms other than just looking and acting like he wants to crawl up into a little ball. Our independent little spitfire is actually snuggling with us, so you know something’s up.

Days like today warrant a real-life time out system. Can we not make that a thing? I’d love to be able to throw up a T right now and formulate a new game-plan for the week. First things first, get this baby feeling better. The rest can wait, right?

  1. The 2-year molars were rough for my youngest. I think it was less than a week of him being a bit different – hang in there!!!

  4. I do enjoy when these independent people DO start snuggling you again, but it does come hand-in-hand with crappy moods haha. Hope he feels better. I feel like teething never ends, so is it bad that I automatically blame any problem on them? Let’s take a rest week ;)
